徐效文，工学博士，副教授，硕士研究生导师。1999年7月毕业于长春理工大学自动化专业，获工学学士学位。2004年7月毕业于中国科学院长春光学精密机械与物理研究所光学工程专业，获工学博士学位；2004年至2006年在清华大学仪器科学与技术博士后流动站从事博士后研究；2006年调入中南大学工作；2012年在美国华盛顿大学（University of Washington）交流访问一年。主持国家自然科学基金1项，湖南省教改项目1项，发表学术论文20 余篇，其中被SCI、EI 收录10篇。近年来主持完成了中国博士后科学基金1项，横向课题3项，作为主要研究人员参加国家自然科学基金2项，国家863项目2项。申请国家发明专利5 项，其中2 项已授权。

Prof. Xu received his B.S. degree from Changchun University of Science and Technology in 1999 and Ph.D degree in optical engineering from Changchun Institute of Optics, Fine Mechanics and Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2004. He was working as a postdoctoral in Tsinghua University from 2004 to 2006 and Visiting Scholar with the University of Washington from 2012 to 2013. He is currently an Associate Professor with the School of Physics and Electronics, Central South University, China. His research interests include intelligent instruments, wearable electronics, signal detection and processing.
