Yang Shenglan, graduated from The School of Physics and Electronic Engineering of Hengyang Normal University in 2020, and got his bachelor's degree. In September of the same year, he studied in the School of Physics and Electronics of Central South University for master's degree. His tutor was Professor Sun Jia, whose research direction was semiconductor physics sensors.
