        谭海仁博士,生于19868月,于2008年和2011年分别从中南大学和中国科学院半导体研究所获得本科和硕士学位,2015年从荷兰代尔夫特理工大学获得博士学位。博士期间主要从事多结薄膜硅太阳能电池光管理、新型功能材料开发和高效多结电池制备等研究,博士论文获得学校最高荣誉(cumlaude)。毕业后荣获荷兰科学研究组织(NWO)提供的Rubicon博士后奖学金,于201510月进入多伦多大学电子与计算机系EdwardSargent教授课题组从事博士后研究工作,主要研究领域为钙钛矿太阳能电池的界面缺陷钝化以及高效平面异质结型电池的设计与制备。近年来在光伏领域以第一或通讯作者在ScienceAdvancedMaterialsNanoLettersProgressinPhotovoltaics等期刊发表学术论文10余篇,总引用800余次。

    Dr. Tan Hairen of University of Toronto is invited by Professor Liu Min to visit the Institute and gave an invited report entitled “Application of passivation contacts in high efficiency and stable planar perovskite solar cells”.

    Dr. Tan Hairen, born in August 1986, got his Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Central South University and Institute of semiconductor research, Chinese Academy of Sciences, respectively. During his PhD, he was mainly engaged in optical management of multi junction thin film silicon solar cells, development of new functional materials and preparation of high efficiency multi junction batteries. His doctoral thesis won the school's highest honor (cumLaude). After graduation, he was awarded the Rubicon postdoctoral scholarship provided by the Dutch Organization for Scientific Research (NWO). In October 2015, he entered the research group of Professor EdwardSargent, Department of electronics and computer science, University of Toronto, and engaged in postdoctoral research. The main research area is perovskite solar cell interface defect passivation and high efficiency planar heterojunction battery design and preparation. In recent years, he has published more than 10 academic papers by the first or corresponding author in the journals in the field of photovoltaic such as Science, AdvancedMaterials, NanoLetters and other journals, with a total citations of more than 800 times.
