2016年12月27日，香港中文大学电子工程系余晖 博士 访问研究所，并做了“Doping and Defect Chemistry of Organometal Halide Perovskite”邀请报告。
余晖博士，2008年7月在中南大学材料科学与工程学院获得学士学位 ，2012年1月在清华大学材料科学与工程系获得硕士学位，2016年8月，在香港中文大学电子工程系获得博士学位。目前在香港中文大学电子工程系继续从事研究工作。主要研究兴趣包括薄膜太阳能电池、量子点红外探测器件、柔性电子器件（柔性太阳能电池，柔性电池以及柔性传感器）、热界面材料等
Dr. Hui Yu, Department of electronic engineering, Chinese University Hong Kong is invited to visit the Institute and gave an invited report entitled “Doping and Defect Chemistry of Organometal Halide Perovskite”.
Dr. Hui Yu graduated with his Bachelor’s degree from Central South University in 2008. He finished his PhD in the Department of Material Science and Engineering, University of Toronto. He got Master's degree in the Department of Material Science and Engineering, Tsinghua University in January 2012. He obtained a doctorate degree from the Department of electronic engineering, Chinese University Hong Kong in August 2016.
At present, he continues to undertake research work in the Department of electronic engineering of Chinese University Hong Kong. His main research interests include thin film solar cells, quantum dots infrared detection devices, flexible electronic devices (flexible solar cells, flexible batteries and flexible sensors), hot interface materials, etc.
