20161118日,华中科技大学唐江教授受邀访问研究所,并做邀请报告 "锑基薄膜太阳能电池研究进展"

唐江,男,华中科技大学武汉光电国家实验室(筹)教授,能源光电子功能实验室副主任。2003年本科毕业于中国科学技术大学,2010年博士毕业于多伦多大学材料科学与工程系,2011年进IBM沃森研究总部进行博士后研究,2012年加入华中科技大学任教授。已在Nature Materials, Nature Photonics, Nature Communications 等国际一流杂志以通讯作者或者第一作者身份发表文章60余篇,被引用3400余次, 10 篇文章入选 ESI 高被引论文;申请中国专利7项,授权美国专利3项。获批中组部第二批青年千人计划和国家自然科学基金委优秀青年基金; 中国可再生能源学会光伏专委会委员。目前致力于新型高效无毒低成本无机化合物(Sb2Se3CuSbSe2)薄膜太阳能电池以及基于钙钛矿材料的光电器件(光电和X射线探测器,电致发光器件)等研究。

    Professor Tang Jiang of Huazhong University of Science and Technology is invited to visit the Institute and gave an invited report entitled “Research progress of Antimony based thin film solar cells”.

    Tang jiang, male, professor, wuhan optoelectronics national laboratory (funding), Huazhong University of Science and Technology, vice director of energy photoelectron functional laboratory. He graduated with his Bachelor’s degree from University of Science and Technology of China in 2003, in 2010 he finished his PhD in the Department of Material Science and Engineering, University of Toronto. In 2011 he undertook postdoctoral researches in the IBM Watson research headquarters. In 2012, he became a professor of Huazhong University of Science and Technology. He has more than 60 articles have been published in top international journals such as Nature Materials, Nature Photonics and Nature Communications as corresponding author or first author, which have been cited more than 3,400 times. Ten papers have been selected as ESI high cited papers. Apply for 7 Chinese patents and authorize 3 American patents. Approved the second batch of youth thousand talents program of the central committee and excellent youth fund of the national natural science foundation of China; Member of photovoltaic committee of China renewable energy society. At present, his work is focused on the new efficient non-toxic low cost inorganic compounds (Sb2Se3 and CuSbSe2) thin film solar cells and optoelectronic devices based on perovskite materials (optical and X-ray detector, electroluminescent devices).
