Flexible and Printed Electronics is an emerging and developing area involving multidisciplinary fields including materials, physics, information, electronics, engineering and so on. Electronic devices and integrated system fabricated via printing techniques exhibit unique flexibility and malleability, showing great application prospects in information, energy, medical and defense fields, such as flexible display, thin film solar cells, radio frequency identification tags, wearable electronics, artificial skin, etc. The main driving power for developing flexible and printed electronics would come from the materials, technologies and equipments.
Flexible & Printed Electronics group in School of Physics and Electronics at the Central South University, which lead by Prof. Junliang Yang, is focusing on flexible electronics and printed electronics including materials, devices and system integration.
柔性印刷电子是一个多学科交叉发展的新兴领域,涉及到材料、物理、信息、电子、工程等学科,基于高效、低成本印刷制造技术制备的电子器件及集 成系统展示出独特的柔性和延展性,在信息、能源、医疗、国防等领域具有广泛应用前景,如柔性显示器、薄膜太阳电池、无线射频标签、可穿戴电子、人工皮肤等。柔性印刷电子技术发展的主导驱动力来自于材料、工艺和装备。
柔性印刷电子研究团队立足于中南大学物理与电子学院,团队由阳军亮教授领衔,主要聚焦于柔性电子和印刷电子,从柔性印刷电子材料、器件及系统集成等方面开展研究工作。
